What happens after you get in touch?
We call you back and ask a few questions about the house, the foam and whether anything is waiting on it. Then we arrange to look at the loft, explain your options and give you a written quote. If you go ahead, we remove the foam, check the timbers and give you a written report with photos.
What details help us?
- A few photos of the loft and the foam, taken from the hatch if that is easiest
- The type of foam, if you know it (soft open-cell or rigid closed-cell)
- Roughly when it was installed, and any paperwork you have
- Any sale, remortgage or equity release deadline
- A copy of the survey or valuation report that mentions the foam
